We'll begin by establishing a primary focus area to guide our work together. In each subsequent session, we'll explore specific aspects of this focus area that matter most to you.
While we'll remain flexible if new priorities emerge, having this central goal will help ensure our time together addresses your most important needs.
At the start of each session, I'll invite you to choose the specific area you'd like to explore, clarify what you hope to accomplish, and identify how we'll know the conversation was valuable for you.
Most of our time will be spent diving deep into your chosen topic, using different approaches and techniques depending on what feels most helpful and comfortable for you.

Our sessions will be 55 minutes long.
I'm based in Central Time and typically meet with clients on weekdays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM CT. Evening and weekend appointments can be made in special circumstances.
